Welcome to Module 4 of the Josef Designer & Builder Program. Now that you know how to build your bot, it’s time to make sure it’s a delight to use!
In this module, you will
- Be introduced to user experience (UX) design and why it’s important (Session 1)
- Learn the key principles of UX design and how you can apply them to your bot (Session 2)
- Learn how to do usability testing to improve your bot (Session 3)
At the end of the module, you’ll be able to use what you’ve learned about UX design and usability testing to improve the user experience of your bot.
If you’re seeking Certification as a Josef Designer & Builder, be sure to do usability testing on your bot to make sure that it’s the best it can be when it’s submitted!
